Our Services
Custom Design
Custom design is available for a multitude of applications. We use CAD based programs in order to draw out and implement your projects. Jobs can then be exported for CNC machining using both contact and non-contact cutting machines; whichever is best for your application.
Fabrication
We provide fitment and engineering that can incorporate fasteners to metal joints or the use of welded joints. Additionally, we feature MIG, ARC, and TIG welding of various metals for strong permanent joints. A 4’x8’ cnc plasma cutter is our newest addition.
Machine Shop
We are a full capacity machine shop. We feature 4 lathes, ranging from 12" X 36" all the way to 16" x 54". Milling is done with 10" x 40" knee mills, allowing 20" of max material height, and a 20”x 30" CNC mill for rapid prototyping. Precision grinding services are also available upon request.
About Me
Joe Servin started machining 20 years ago when he moved to Alameda from Sacramento. He always knew that metal fabrication was his calling and took great pride in learning the tricks of the trade. Joe realized his true calling in the metal fabrication world and learned cnc programming, machining and manual machining through his apprenticeship at the 1546 aerospace workers union. After completing his apprenticeship, he would continue his education and become a full fledged certified structural welder capable of mobile welding.
